Hello.

Born in Cuba to diplomat parents, and raised in India, the United States, Lebanon and Syria, I have always been interested in the connection between society, culture and human behavior.

I began my career as an Ethnographer at a market research firm, translating human insights into marketing, branding and product strategies for clients in Tech, Finance, Automotive, and Consumer Goods.

Wanting to better bridge the gap between consumer insights and business strategy, I pursued a Masters in Business Administration. My combined research and business background allow me to bring an analytical approach, strategic vision and a bias for action to every project.

While I have worked across all stages of the product development process, and worn many hats (User Researcher, Innovation Strategist, Product Manager), I specialize in leading teams through the process of identifying new opportunity spaces and developing, prototyping and validating new concepts.

I am inspired by the power of human centered design, not just to create delightful products but to move us towards more inclusive and equitable societies. For that reason, I am particularly interested in projects that aim to benefit underserved and underrepresented communities.
